Thanks to Larry Buranzon, General Contractor and Elder Perez, Carpenter we have been blessed with competent, on-time and great subcontractors to help us.  Larry’s time in the Lake Tahoe and Truckee area and his reputation as an excellent contractor has opened doors for us.  If we were having problems getting subcontractors out for bids, Bob would say that Larry Buranzon was the contractor.  The subcontractors would always have similar comments, ‘he does good work’ and ‘nobody ever complains that he doesn’t have the job setup and ready when he says he will’.  Because of Larry’s reputation many contractors made time to give us bids and to fit our job into the busy summer schedules.  Here is the partial list of the companies we are using.
